80% of the GPs at this Surgery genuinely care about building relationships, providing proactive care, and solving health issues. Dr Rashid, in particular, has been the best GP I’ve had in over 30 years, and we are thankful as a family for all the care and support she’s offered us. The reception staff are delightful and helpful in addressing all requests. Surgeries like this are a rare breed in today’s NHS primary care landscape!

I have always been provided with help whenever I need it and even during the pandemic I have always been able to get appointments over the phone and the doctors are great at helping with any problems. Always have been super helpful for anyone there and create a comfortable environment if anyone is ever stressed or nervous.

The only complaint I would have is trouble getting appointments at convenient times but usually I am able to get an early morning appointment which is great.

This is a really good surgery with great doctors and support staff. At the moment I’m dealing with Dr Rashid for something that’s been ongoing and she is, as usual, brilliant. Such a caring and knowledgable doctor. I feel very lucky to be a patient here.

Nothing - my care and follow up for this issue has been flawless.
